How to set up a Game

Note: Only users with Coach or Manager permissions will see editing controls to set up a game.

Setting up a Game

1. Open the Mobile App.
2. Open Events:
   1. Click on the Events tab in the lower navigation, or
   2. Click on View All in the dashboard, or
   3. Click on the More tab (the vertical ellipsis/dots in the top right corner) and choose Upcoming Events.
3. Tap the Add Event (+) button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
4. Choose the Season and Team (if coaching/managing multiple teams) to set up a tryout.
5. Select Game in the Event Type dropdown
6. Enter Basic Event Details
   1. Event Name
   2. Opponent Team
   3. Date
   4. Duration
   5. Add another date and duration, if applicable
   6. Start time
   7. Arrival time
   8. Timezone
   9. Location Details (adding a full address allows families to tap and open Maps directly from the Event)
   10. Additional Information, if applicable
7. Tap the Save button.
