Player Profile – User Guide

The Player Profile is where you manage your player’s personal details, contact information, team assignments, and other important account information. This guide walks you through how to view, edit, and update profile information.

Accessing the Player Profile

To access the Player Profile:

  1. Tap the More tab at the top right corner of the app (vertical ellipsis/dots).
  2. Choose Player Profile.

Understanding the Player Profile Screen

The Player Profile includes:

  • Player Name
  • Profile Photo
  • Date of Birth/Gender
  • Contact Information/Address
  • Guardian Information/Phone Number(s)
  • Payment Method

Editing Profile Information

To update profile details:

  1. Open Player Profile.
  2. Choose the Tab you wish to Edit
    1. General Info
    2. Contact Details/Address
    3. Guardian Details
    4. Payment Method
  3. Once in the section you wish to change, tap Edit.
  4. Select the field(s) you want to update.
  5. Enter new information.
  6. Tap Save.

Changes update immediately after saving.

Updating the Player's Profile Photo

To change the player photo:

  1. Tap the current profile image.

    Select:

    • Take Photo (use camera), or
    • Choose from Gallery
  2. Adjust or crop the image if prompted.
  3. Tap Save.

The new photo will appear in:

  • Chat conversations
  • Team rosters
  • Profile displays

Managing Guardian Information

You can Add, Edit and Delete Guardians to your player's account:

  1. Scroll to the Guardian Details section.
  2. From here you can:
    1. Update Parent Details
    2. Add a Guardian
    3. Resend a Guardian's Invitation
    4. Edit a Guardian's Details
    5. Delete a Guardian
  3. Tap Edit to update contact information.
  4. Tap Delete to remove a guardian from the player's profile.
  5. Tap Add New Guardian to add a guardian's contact information and send them an invitation.
  6. Save changes.

Changing Payment Method

You can Add/Edit Payment Methods in the Player Profile Account:

    1. Scroll to the Payment Method section.
    2. From here you can add your Card's information:
      1. Name
      2. Card Number
      3. Expiration date
  1. Tap Save

Common Reasons to Update Your Profile

✔ New phone number

✔ Updated email address

✔ New profile photo

✔ Added guardian

✔ Correcting spelling errors

✔ Medical or emergency contact updates

Best Practices

  • Keep contact information current.
  • Update photos at the start of each season.
  • Review profile details before the first practice.
  • Notify administrators if restricted fields need correction.
