How to Edit Parent/User Account

Accessing the User Account/Parent Profile

To access the User Account/Parent Profile:

  1. Tap the Account tab (Vertical Ellipsis) at the top right corner of the app (three dots).

  1. Click on View Profile.

  2. From this page, users can:
    1. Change profile photo
    2. Update general information such as Name, Email, Phone number and Timezone
    3. Change password

To Change User Profile Photo

To change the user's Profile Photo:

  1. From within the User Profile, simply tap the Update Photo button.

  1. Select Photo:
    • Take Photo (use camera), or
    • Choose from Gallery

  1. Manage permissions if prompted.

  1. Adjust or crop the image if desired and tap Choose.

To Edit Parent Profile Information

To update Parent Profile details:

  1. Open Parent Profile.
  2. Locate the General Info tab and tap the Edit button.

  1. Select the field(s) you want to update. Enter new information and tap Save.

Changes update immediately after saving.

To Change User Password

To change your password:

  1. Open Parent Profile.
  2. Choose the Change Password Tab

  1. Enter your current password.
  2. Enter your new password.
  3. Confirm your new password.
  4. Tap Save.
