User Account/Parent Profile Guide

The User Account Profile is where you manage your personal details and contact information. This guide walks you through how to view, edit, and update your account profile information.


Accessing the User Profile

To access the User Account Profile:

  1. Tap the More tab at the top right corner of the app (vertical ellipsis/dots).
  2. Click on View Profile.
  3. From this page, users can:
    1. Change profile photo
    2. Update general information such as Name, Email, Phone number and Timezone
    3. Change password

Editing User Profile Information

To update profile details:

  1. Open Parent Profile.
  2. Choose the General Information Tab
  3. Tap Edit.
  4. Select the field(s) you want to update.
  5. Enter new information.
  6. Tap Save.

Changes update immediately after saving.


Changing User Password

To change your password:

  1. Open Parent Profile.
  2. Choose the Password Tab
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter your new password.
  5. Confirm your new password.

Changing User Profile Photo

To change the user's Profile Photo:

  1. Tap the More tab at the top right corner of the app (vertical ellipsis/dots).
  2. Click on View Profile.
  3. Tap the Update Photo button.
  4. Select Photo:
    • Take Photo (use camera), or
    • Choose from Gallery
  5. Adjust or crop the image if prompted.
  6. Tap Choose.
