How to Navigate the Events Screen

How to View, Manage & Interact with Team Events

The Events tab is where you manage your full team schedule, RSVP to events, sync calendars, access location details and even do live scoring.  At the top of the screen, you’ll see view options and filter controls. Below that is your list or calendar of scheduled events. You can drill into each event to see:

  • Event Type (Practice, Tryout or Game)
  • Date
  • Time
  • Team Name
  • Opponent (for games)
  • Location
  • Score (when available)

How to Access the Events Tab

  1. Open the mobile app.
  2. Tap “Events” in the bottom navigation menu or click on View All from within the dashboard.

You will now see your team’s scheduled practices, games, and other events.

Switching Between List View and Calendar View

You can view events in two formats.

To Switch Views:

  1. Locate the List / Calendar toggle near the top of the screen.
    1. Tap List View to see events in a vertical chronological list.
    2. Tap Calendar View to see events organized by date on a monthly calendar.

When to Use Each View:

  • List View – Best for scrolling through upcoming events quickly.
  • Calendar View – Best for visualizing your month at a glance.

Marking Player Availability (RSVP)

You can indicate whether your player will attend.. To Mark Availability:

  1. Open the event.
  2. Locate the Availability section.

  1. Choose player availability accordingly and tap Mark Availability:
    • Going
    • Not Going
    • Maybe

  1. Your response will update immediately.

This helps coaches plan attendance and lineups.

Syncing Events to Your Personal Calendar

You can sync the team schedule to your phone’s calendar.

To Enable Calendar Sync:

  1. Go to the Events tab.
  2. Tap “Enable Sync” near the top right of the screen.

  1. Choose which calendars and events you would like to sync and tap Save.

Once enabled:

  • Events will appear in your device’s default calendar.
  • Updates to the schedule will automatically reflect.

Opening Event Location in Maps

You can quickly navigate to a game or practice location. To Open Maps:

  1. Click on the desired Event to open the Event Details screen.
  2. Scroll down to the Location block.

  1. Tap anywhere on the map, address or "View on Map" arrow.
    1. Your device will open:
      1. Apple Maps (iPhone), or
      2. Google Maps (Android)

  1. Tap your preferred Navigation Map  to start navigation.

Navigating Events by Date (Calendar View)

When using Event Calendar View:

  • Tap a specific Date to see events scheduled for that day.
  • Swipe left or right to move between months.
  • Selected dates will display events below the calendar.


Navigating Events by Date (List View)

When using the Event List View:

  • Tap a specific Event to see details.
  • Scroll up and down to view information.

Filtering Events

Users can filter what Events are shown using the filter tab next to the Upcoming Events heading.

  1. From the Events tab, tap the Filter icon next to Upcoming Events.

  1. Select which events you wish to see on your Events screen. You can filter by Status and Season.

  1. Swipe down on the Filter screen to see your chosen options on your Events Screen.
