Dashboard Overview

City SC 360 App Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home screen and provides a quick overview of important information.

Overview:

  1. Tap Dashboard in the bottom navigation to return to you home screen.
  2. Scroll to view Events from within the dashboard.
    1. Displays your next scheduled practices, tryouts or games.
    2. Tap the dropdown arrow on an event to expand details (location, team, opponent).
    3. Tap “View All” to see the full event list.
  3. Scroll to view Financial Transactions from within the dashboard.
    1. Shows recent payments and transaction statuses.
    2. Tap “View All” to see complete transaction history.
  4. Click on View All to expand Events or Transactions sections.
  5. Tap any icon in the bottom menu to switch between Events, Store, Chat and Roster.
  6. Tap the Chat Icon in the top navigation to view and send new messages.
  7. Tap the Vertical Ellipsis in the top navigation for account options, including:
    1. User Profile: Change profile photo and update profile information.
    2. Player Profile: Update player's profile photo and details.
    3. Upcoming Events
    4. Transactions
    5. Guardians List
    6. Sync Calendars
    7. Sign Out
    8. Delete Account

1. Dashboard

The Dashboard tab brings you back to the home screen with quick access to all mobile app features.

2. Events

The Events tab shows your complete schedule.

  1. Tap Events in the bottom navigation bar.

What You Can Do:

  • View all upcoming practices, tryouts and games.

    See:

    • Date
    • Time
    • Team
    • Opponent (for games)
    • Location

Additional Feature:

  • Tap Enable Sync to sync events with your personal calendar.

3. Store

The Store allows you to browse and purchase team merchandise.

How to Access:

  1. Tap Store in the bottom navigation.

What You’ll Find:

  • Apparel (Men’s/Unisex, Ladies, Youth)
  • Headwear
  • Accessories
  • Team-branded merchandise

How to Use:

  1. Scroll to browse categories.
  2. Tap a product to view details.
  3. Follow purchase prompts (if enabled).

4. Chat

The Chat section allows communication with team members, coaches, and guardians.

How to Access:

  1. Tap Chat in the bottom navigation.

What You Can Do:

  • View recent conversations.
  • See message previews and timestamps.
  • Tap a conversation to open and reply.
  • Tap the + button to start a new message or group chat.

5. Roster

The Roster tab provides quick access to rostered players and can be filtered by teams and seasons. Note that players will only show on the Roster after they have completed registration.

How to Access:

  1. Tap Roster in the bottom navigation.

What You Can Do:

  • View rostered players.
  • View player's Guardian/Contact details.
  • Message Parents and Guardians from within the app.  

6. Vertical Ellipsis (More)

The More tab contains account settings and additional tools.

How to Access:

  1. Tap the Vertical Ellipsis (three dots) in the top navigation.

Available Options:

  • View Profile – Access your player profile.
  • Switch Clubs – Toggle between clubs if applicable.
  • Player Profile – Edit or review player information.
  • Upcoming Events – Shortcut to schedule.
  • Transactions – View payment history.
  • Guardians List – Manage linked guardians.
  • Sync My Calendar – Enable event calendar syncing.
  • Sign Out – Log out of the app.

Tips for Best Use

  • Check the Dashboard regularly for updates.
  • Use Enable Sync in Events to avoid missing games or practices.
  • Monitor Transactions for payment confirmations.
  • Use Chat for quick team communication.
